- Manage multiple, simultaneous data center design projects from detailed design through construction administration and handover to operations.
- Gather internal requirements, generate options, present to leadership, and deliver design solutions that satisfy customer needs.
- Create and manage strategies for design execution leveraging a standard baseline plan of record; manage deviations due to environmental, code, or localization needs.
- Overcome critical challenges while maintaining timelines, quality, and costs; manage a cross-functional set of stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management.
