About the role

Strategic Partner Manager responsible for leading product introductions and GTM plans with retail partners for Google's Home and Health hardware portfolio, defining market strategies, managing partnerships, and driving retail readiness and product transitions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a new product introduction for your retail partners; manage, track, and report retail readiness. Help develop and conduct product presentations for retail and external partners. Design end of life and product transition strategies.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for your retail partners. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver optimized planning and execution.
  • Develop analysis needed to support plans, manage budgets, and deliver volume/revenue goals.
  • Build and own relationships with key retail partners and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Report on performance, engaged activities, and market dynamics. Adjust strategy where needed based upon business conditions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.
  • Experience in Retail or Carrier industries.
