About the role

Program manager role within Google's Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) focusing on the Security Service Center (SSC) ecosystem across multiple regions, coordinating cross-functional initiatives to detect, assess, and mitigate security risks while scaling operations and maintaining alignment with GSRS priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex and highly cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives to optimize and scale our ability to detect, assess, and mitigate risk while ensuring alignment with broader security efforts.
  • Lead the GSOC Global Security Service Centre (SSC) Program.
  • Maintain the network of distributed SSC’s in support of GSRS operations.
  • Document, analyze and regularly review SSC operations to enhance the delivery of operations.
  • Collaborate with security operations teams in the strategy and design of security service centers, with daily activities delegated and managed by the local campus or cluster security manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience implementing security resilience programs impacting teams across multiple regions.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary program management in an organization.
