About the role

Technical Solutions Consultant responsible for the technical relationship with large advertising clients and product partners, leading cross-functional teams to leverage emerging technologies for clients/partners, overseeing technical execution and business operations of Google’s online advertising platforms and product partnerships, and developing tools and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Help partners in their day-to-day issues by providing consultation, delivering innovative and scalable solutions, and conducting technical troubleshooting to their problems and pain points. Advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical issues.
  • Assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to develop their long-term success and improve product offerings by providing client feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering.
  • Guarantee the technical aspects of client integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance. Present in front of small or mid-sized groups of internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Analyze and optimize the development of existing clients to ensure their success with the Google suite of products for partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in project management, web technologies and data analysis.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
