About the role

Program Manager for the AI and Gemini App Marketing team, acting as the operational engine connecting product and marketing strategy to seamless execution and enabling marketers with tools and processes to land launches and maintain a steady cadence of AI priority initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end program management across critical cross-marketing initiatives, starting with early access/influencers, red teaming, and GTM enablement programs.
  • Support multiple workstreams within a cross-functional program, proactively identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks.
  • Act as the vanguard for the team’s AI transformation, transitioning manual, fragmented templates, tools and processes into automated, real-time ones.
  • Act as a strategic bridge and escalation point across Product, Marketing, Legal, Comms, and Regional teams to eliminate silos.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in program or project management.
