About the role

Google Cloud regional enablement role focused on aligning global enablement strategy with local execution in Japan, partnering with senior leadership to accelerate AI-enabled GTM outcomes and ensure regional readiness through targeted enablement programs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the enablement plan. Act as a member of the Japan extended leadership team, providing a bidirectional feedback loop.
  • Drive daily usage and proficiency in tools like Gemini Enterprise and NotebookLM. Enable field sales representatives and customer engineers to move beyond technical features to deliver AI-first business narratives.
  • Lead Gemini Enterprise initiatives, tailoring global business assets into sessions that resonate with the Japan market and manager community of practice, focusing on coaching through uncertainty.
  • Deploy refresher resources that empower managers to help their teams create value narratives. Execute required learning through internal learning management systems.
  • Ensure that the region attains 80% or more completion of required courses. Translate and adapt global business plays into local market contexts to ensure relevance.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in management consulting, sales enablement, program management, or sales operations.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently for global collaboration with stakeholder engagement.
