About the role

Role within the Global Partnerships and Knowledge & Information (K&I) Product Business Development (BD) and partnerships, focusing on strategy, operations, analytics, and cross-functional program ownership to drive growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in driving operational excellence for the Knowledge and Information Partnerships (K&IP) organization by supporting key business operations processes, including strategic planning, OKR tracking, budget management, and maintaining the operating rhythm-of-business deliverables.
  • Support the implementation of cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring timelines and key deliverables are met across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
  • Leverage data to perform critical analysis, activate tools, and support the development of data or AI tools to drive efficiency and insights for the team.
  • Identify and solve business operations challenges, proposing process improvements to enhance team efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Prepare clear, simple, and persuasive materials and narratives for internal stakeholders and leadership updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role
  • MBA or graduate degree (preferred)
  • Experience managing and delivering project components with limited guidance (preferred)
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to automate workflows, scale solutions, and drive operational efficiency (preferred)
  • Proven ability to identify and solve problems within a given project scope (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to distill insights from complex data and present actionable recommendations (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders (preferred)
