Technical Program Manager role focused on leading strategic data center security programs, with strong engineering and leadership expectations to manage cross-functional initiatives across Google’s data center fleet.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team driving strategic data center security programs from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives and key results.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to data center security, operations, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes and best practices to improve security operations and program execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data center security and data protection.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data center security policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports.
  • Experience in data center security.
