About the role

Technical Program Manager with a focus on AI/ML software for Google Pixel, responsible for leading multi-disciplinary projects, planning requirements, managing schedules, and communicating with cross-functional partners to deliver AI/ML features on Pixel devices.

Responsibilities

  • Seek out all necessary schedule inputs and develop a solid, defensible plan for software development release and keep the team tracking to it.
  • Manage communication of progress/status within the core team and externally (customers, partners, etc.), and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Focus on the user experience and advocate for the Android/Pixel quality bar internally, as well as with OEM internal and external partners to ensure we maintain a great product.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into repeatable operations protocols.
  • Manage the software development life-cycle of AI/ML features for Google Pixel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with AI/ML model development and deployment.
  • Embedded software development experience.
