About the role

Inferact aims to grow vLLM as the world’s AI inference engine and accelerate AI progress by making inference cheaper and faster. The Enterprise Partnerships Manager will own and grow strategic relationships across the hardware and infrastructure ecosystem, coordinating with engineering, product, legal, finance, and leadership to move partnerships forward.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Inferact's strategic enterprise partnerships across hardware and infrastructure ecosystems.
  • Act as commercial owner for a focused set of complex enterprise partnerships, coordinating across partner stakeholders and internal teams (engineering, product, legal, finance, leadership).
  • Navigate GPU and infrastructure ecosystems, maintain momentum across technical, legal, procurement, finance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Proactively reach out to new potential partners over time (including emerging accelerator companies) to build relationships and gather market intelligence.
  • Ensure partnerships create leverage for the core business and are easier to operate rather than a drag.

Qualifications

  • Experience owning strategic partnerships, business development, enterprise accounts, or ecosystem relationships with large technology companies.
  • Strong commercial judgment with experience managing complex agreements, partner economics, multi-stakeholder negotiations, and ongoing relationship execution.
  • Experience working with GPU providers, hardware companies, cloud infrastructure partners, AI infrastructure vendors, or closely adjacent technical ecosystems.
  • Understanding of open-source software and the commercial dynamics in hardware/infrastructure ecosystems.
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations and maintain momentum across technical, legal, procurement, finance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a startup environment without reliance on an SDR.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with ability to synthesize complex partner context into decisions and plans.
  • Preferred: Direct experience with NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, hyperscalers, GPU clouds, semiconductor or infrastructure providers.
  • Preferred: Experience in AI infrastructure, model serving, developer infrastructure, open-source platforms, cloud computing, semiconductors, or enterprise technical partnerships.
  • Preferred: Prior startup/high-growth company experience with large enterprise partners.
  • Preferred: Experience coordinating commercial partnerships with meaningful technical delivery, engineering dependencies, or joint product work.
  • Preferred: Strong executive communication skills for credible representation with senior external stakeholders.
