About the role

HR Partner role on the People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team supporting HR operations, employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR process execution onsite at an Amazon facility.

Responsibilities

  • Execute standard HR processes with consistent quality and timeliness, maintaining accurate documentation of employee interactions and ensuring established service-level agreements are met.
  • Provide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring appropriate resolution or escalation of employee matters while handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coach frontline leaders on behaviors that impact engagement and retention, guiding them in using available tools to improve team communication, recognition, and performance conversations.
  • Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives by coordinating logistics, gathering employee feedback through channels such as roundtables and floor walks, and monitoring effectiveness of programs.
  • Track and summarize HR-related data — including attrition trends, attendance patterns, and employee sentiment — to prepare insights for team discussions and help identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Experience handling confidential information
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
