About the role

Senior Compliance Associate responsible for reviewing product information, ensuring regulatory and legal compliance for product listings, and collaborating with process experts to maintain SOPs and drive improvement within the Global Solutions & Risk Compliance (GSRC) organization.

Responsibilities

  • Review latest product information per Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and cross-check against regulatory documentation
  • Classify products using Amazon-specific tools to ensure compliance for availability on Amazon
  • Collaborate with manager and Process Experts to address deviations from SOPs
  • Maintain detailed task records and use standardized reports to prioritize work and meet Quality, Productivity and SLA targets
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with partner teams to reduce manual effort (e.g., automating reports using Excel queries)
  • Provide feedback on SOPs and contribute to process refinement
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and share expertise and learnings
  • Mentor peers by answering questions and providing process-level training

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or business
  • Experience in oral and written communication in English
  • Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations
