About the role

Delivery Consultant in AWS ProServe responsible for designing, implementing, and managing AWS migration and networking solutions, guiding customers through cloud adoption with technical leadership, best practices, and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
  • 5+ years of IT infrastructure implementation experience, including network, compute, storage and virtualization
  • Hands-on experience designing enterprise and hybrid networks (e.g., routing, BGP, segmentation, firewalling, load balancing, DNS)
  • Experience integrating cloud services with on-premises environments (e.g., AWS Direct Connect, VPN, Transit Gateway)
  • Experience designing highly available, fault-tolerant infrastructure
  • Experience in large-scale data centre to cloud migrations, including cutover and rollback planning
  • Infrastructure automation and scripting experience (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, PowerShell)
  • Experience leading discussions with senior stakeholders on trade-offs, best practices and risk mitigation
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
