About the role

Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and optimize cloud migration solutions for customers. Combines technical depth with a consultative approach to guide customers from solution design through delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to presales and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions tailored to customer requirements, focusing on migration, system architecture, and cloud computing at scale.
  • Assess current-state maturity and desired outcomes, define solution approaches, and identify mitigations across the engagement lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and partner organizations to develop technical solutions, support presales activities, and ensure smooth handoffs from sales to delivery.
  • Create and share reusable technical content (reference architectures, whitepapers, code artifacts) to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Provide prescriptive guidance and mentorship to customer teams and colleagues, help build cloud capabilities, and contribute to recruitment/onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent
  • 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience (AWS or equivalent) including systems, networking and OS (Linux, Windows)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in application migration and modernization (e.g., replatforming to containers, managed databases and services like ECS/EKS, RDS, Aurora)
  • Experience with migration strategy and planning (7Rs), discovery, dependency mapping and cutover execution
  • Hands-on experience with migration tools (e.g., AWS MGN, AWS DMS, AWS Transform)
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience delivering complex, large-scale projects
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
