About the role

SEPO (Shopping Experience Protection Operations) Investigator role focused on the investigation and elimination of online ecommerce risk within Amazon’s Payments/ecommerce space. Requires strong judgment, analytical skills, and ability to work with risk analysts, engineers, and customers with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and eliminate online ecommerce risk.
  • Engage in written and verbal communication with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, other associates, and third parties to achieve goals.
  • Possibly contact customers by phone.
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment to plan and accomplish goals with high accuracy.
  • Operate in a fast-paced team environment with a focus on productivity and quality assurance.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Experience in payments or e-commerce
