About the role

Category Manager for the Home Category in India (ASSPL - Karnataka) focused on owning and driving scale-up of categories and customer-focused initiatives, with data-driven decision making, stakeholder collaboration, and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive scale-up of Home category and critical customer-focused initiatives.
  • Balance thinking big with ambiguity while driving speed of experimentation.
  • Make independent, data-driven decisions and work with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Lead a team to deliver organizational goals and manage projects with evolving structure in a new space.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Excel experience
  • 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
  • Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership
