About the role

Senior Program Manager to drive the execution of the Entity Risk Strategy within Selling Partner Trust and Store Integrity (TSI). Responsible for operationalizing cross-account risk frameworks, translating strategic goals into milestones, and delivering end-to-end programs across Sellers, Buyers, Brands, Vendors, Amazon Pay, and other account types. Orchestrates cross-functional roadmaps with Science, Engineering, Legal, PR, and Global Operations to disrupt bad-actor networks.

Responsibilities

  • Program Roadmap and Execution: Own the end-to-end program lifecycle for entity-level risk initiatives, translating strategic risk frameworks into synchronized operational plans across disparate teams.
  • Cross-Functional Program Management: Drive program cadence, alignment, and milestone tracking across specialized domains (Identity Risk, Brand Protection, Vendor and others) to ensure seamless deployment.
  • Operational Process Optimization: Partner with Risk, Product, Operations teams to design, test, and scale efficient standard operating procedures (SOPs) and resolution workflows that operational teams use to disrupt bad-actor networks.
  • Data-Driven Tracking and Metrics: Establish program health dashboards, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor throughput, driving root-cause analysis when delivery milestones or risk mitigation metrics slip.
  • Stakeholder and Executive Communication: Facilitate clear communication channels across diverse stakeholder groups, authoring crisp status reports, program reviews, and leadership updates to keep VPs, Directors, and working teams aligned.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
