About the role

Area Manager role in AMZL at Amazon Japan G.K. focusing on shipping plan and route management, shift and performance oversight, and process improvements within a delivery station environment in Aichi (Ichinomiya DS). Night shifts included in a three-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

  • 配送管理: 入荷商品の仕分け・出荷作業および配送ルートの計画立案
  • “どのアイテムを、いつ、何人で仕分けするか”、“どの地域に、どのような順番で配送するか”のプランニング
  • シフト・勤怠・作業管理: スタッフ数十名の管理、シフト組み、進捗管理、アシスタントスタッフと連携
  • 業務改善: 安全・品質・生産性・業務効率化のための課題抽出と改善計画立案
  • シニアエリアマネージャーとの業務改善ミーティングへの積極的な参加

Qualifications

  • 4年制大学学士号または同等の業務経験
  • パソコンスキル初級（四則演算）
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語力

Skills

Required:配送計画・ルーティングチーム管理PCスキル
Nice to have:業務改善データ活用コミュニケーション問題解決能力英語力
