About the role

Motivated, customer-focused individuals sought to join the Grocery Fulfillment Centers as Process Assistants to support, mentor, and optimize safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises within multi-temperature fulfillment environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support, mentor, and motivate others
  • Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
  • Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • High School Diploma, or GED
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
  • At least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the United States
