About the role

Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) acting as a strategic partner on the PXT team, focusing on leadership development, employee experience, culture, change management, and data-driven HR solutions within Amazon's Grocery Fulfillment Centers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals, coaching them to be strategic partners who mitigate organizational risks while delivering exceptional service.
  • Drive proactive risk identification and mitigation by establishing early warning systems, leveraging data insights, and partnering across functions.
  • Shape strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health; drive innovation in HR practices and systemic improvements.
  • Partner with business leadership to develop and execute integrated talent strategies; coach leaders on talent development and succession planning.
  • Lead team in analytics and AI tools to uncover patterns, predict risks, and drive data-informed decisions; translate insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Set goals for culture transformation; design and implement strategies to strengthen organizational health, talent capabilities, and leadership effectiveness; advance diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Drive strategic adoption of HR technology to improve efficiency while maintaining high-touch support for sensitive matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years Amazon experience
  • 5+ years of human resources or related experience, or 5+ years HR experience in equivalent fields
  • Experience in making data-driven business decisions
  • Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, or talent management)
