Process Assistant role supporting safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises within Grocery Fulfillment Centers. Involves mentoring teammates, cross-team collaboration, and hands-on tasks in a multi-temperature fulfillment environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support, mentor, and motivate others
  • Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
  • Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience using Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, reach; able to climb stairs
  • 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States
