About the role

The role involves mentoring and guiding associates at the Fulfillment Center to follow standard work practices with safety and quality in mind. It requires front-line leadership, daily shift management, and hands-on support with potentially lifting heavy items.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Management of shift
  • Administrative management of associates
  • Job allocation to associates
  • Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety
  • Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues
  • Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans
  • Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates
  • Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis
  • Stand-in for Area Manager

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • High school or equivalent
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
