About the role

Experienced project and program manager to lead topology expansion for AMZL Brazil, coordinating across topology, capacity, engineering, and real estate to drive physical footprint expansion and expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex business decision process from start to finish.
  • Analyze long-term planning data to identify density opportunities in support of leadership; model this data to assist in mounting a strategic expansion plan.
  • Perform financial trade-offs for decision making.
  • Write business cases in support of new sites and initiatives using data from multiple stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, and capacity growth.
  • Perform problem solving -- evaluating alternatives, and identifying solutions using innovative, frugal methods.
  • Work with teams across Amazon to scope project requirements, including Topology, Capacity Planning, Real Estate, Engineering etc.
  • Manage site selection process, including making sure that all stakeholders are kept up-to-date.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure we make the right long term decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
