Senior technician role in data center engineering operations for an AWS owned data center (DCEO).
Responsibilities
- Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot data center infrastructure and electrical/mechanical systems.
- Monitor performance, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to incidents to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data center operations and projects.
- Adhere to safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Support lifecycle management of data center assets and infrastructure upgrades.
Qualifications
- Experience in data center operations or critical facilities (electrical, mechanical, or facilities).
- Knowledge of data center systems (UPS, CRAC, PDUs, generators, electrical distribution) and monitoring.
