About the role

Solutions Architect to accelerate AWS GovTech business within the World Wide Public Sector. Responsible for owning technical engagements, defining architectures, responding to RFPs, and providing security-focused expertise. Part of GovTech Strategic SA team, collaborating with sales, partners, and customers to deliver cloud Architectures using AWS technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects.
  • Define implementation architectures, respond to RFPs, and develop deep expertise in AWS technologies.
  • Be a subject matter expert on security as it relates to customer applications and services.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
  • 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
  • 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
