About the role

Define and deploy GTM strategies for Amazon AI Services and Bedrock, engaging with product teams and customers to accelerate adoption of GenAI and related services.

Responsibilities

  • Define go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Amazon AI Services and lead cross-functional initiatives to expand markets, build scalable programs, and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop market sizing, create opportunity pipelines with global counterparts, and collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements.
  • Create content to train field teams, drive industry thought-leadership, and work with product teams to define new features and identify partners.
  • Lead customer engagements, evangelism, and development of scale assets for GenAI solutions (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, Transcribe, Polly, Textract).
  • Interact with internal AWS teams (product, solutions architecture, sales, marketing, professional services) and externally with customers and model providers to unblock production implementations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
  • 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • 2+ years working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience developing strategies influencing leadership decisions
  • Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences
  • Experience presenting to technical and non-technical executive audiences
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives over multi-year horizons
