About the role

Leader to manage and integrate Global Category Management and Materials Program Management for the Amazon Leo satellite supply chain, owning end-to-end PCBA and EE/PCB component supply chain from advanced sourcing and NPI/design through production, sustaining, and EOL. Focus on strategic commodity sourcing, materials program execution at EMS/CM partners, and building a resilient, cost-optimized, surge-capable supply base aligned with satellite launch schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidated leadership responsibilities spanning team leadership, commodity strategy/sourcing (GCM), materials program execution at EMS/CMs (MPM), risk & resiliency, financial/cost management, and cross-functional stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of supply chain management, planning, strategic sourcing, commodity management or program management experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • 7+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and program management teams on electronic programs
