Responsibilities

  • Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers
  • Understanding and responding appropriately to issues presented by customers
  • Composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
  • Approaching problems logically to ensure appropriate customer outcomes
  • Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
  • Carrying, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 49 pounds
  • Frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending and reaching
  • Standing and walking during shifts up to 12 hours
  • Working in variable/noisy environments with hearing protection provided
  • Working in environments with temperature variation due to weather
  • Based at a last-mile delivery warehouse and coordinating with warehouse, delivery partners and customers to resolve delivery issues
  • Connecting customers with delivery partners for rescheduling and guidance
  • Developing logistical and customer service expertise within Amazon's supply chain
  • Engaging with customers daily using knowledge of delivery connections and warehouses

Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience prioritizing and managing time in dynamic environments
  • Experience working with computer and web-based tools
