About the role

Senior Product Manager focusing on technical AWS Field Experiences (AFX) to drive next-generation agentic tools and AI-enabled workflows for AWS ProServe, blending real-time software, front-end tech, ML, and analytics in a startup-like environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the product roadmap for next-generation agentic tools that revolutionize how AWS ProServe works
  • Build and orchestrate AI agents that automate administrative tasks to free up sellers' time
  • Define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that reduce seller workload and improve sales effectiveness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and field teams
  • Deliver disruptive value to customers, drive adoption and usage growth, and raise the bar on user experience
  • Champion customer advocacy and independently develop ideas in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
