About the role

HR Contact Center Associate role supporting Amazon across certain EMEA countries, delivering multi-language HR support (Italian and English) to employees and managers via phone, live chat, email, and internal systems. Contract type: 12-month fixed-term; location options include Prague (office-based) or Home Office from Romania, Slovakia, or Czech Republic.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve HR queries in Italian and English by referring to documentation such as FAQs and SOPs and escalate where unresolved.
  • Take ownership of employee contacts ensuring each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of customer focus.
  • Identify gaps in supporting documentation, internal processes and areas for service improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with employees to explain and resolve queries across the whole employee lifecycle at Amazon.
  • Actively seek employee feedback to improve service levels.
  • Be able to work on rotational shifts including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

  • Very good proficiency in written and verbal Italian (B2 CEFR) and English (B2 CEFR).
  • High school diploma
  • Computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook)
