About the role

Analyst Relations (AR) manager to own AR strategy for a key Ads business, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape messaging, secure analyst coverage, and drive program impact across product, marketing, sales, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end AR program strategy and execution for a key Ads business (e.g., Ad Tech, Retail Media and Commerce, Agentic AI, Omnichannel, etc.) from planning through measurement and reporting in collaboration with the Head of AR and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strategic analyst relationships to drive understanding and awareness of Amazon Ads
  • Secure positive analyst coverage through proactive and reactive engagements, including major evaluations (e.g., Magic Quadrants, Waves, MarketScapes)
  • Partner with product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align on messaging and strategic analyst engagement priorities
  • Gather and disseminate critical insights back into the business to inform strategic direction including product roadmaps, messaging, and positioning
  • Establish and maintain measurement frameworks to track AR program impact and communicate results to leadership
  • Coordinate and prioritize analyst requests for information, research reviews, briefings, events, and speaking engagements

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
