About the role
Technical Program Manager role focused on end-to-end delivery of US-wide AI data center network builds, coordinating across network engineering, construction, optical design, and supply chain to ensure production fabric, optical turnup, and general services are deployed on schedule.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end network delivery across all service layers for US-wide builds: production fabric, optical turnup, and general services
- Rack deployment sequencing and cabling execution
- Optical and circuit readiness and handoff between design, field teams, and network engineering
- Construction phase coordination including MEP sequencing and power-on sequencing
- Cross-org coordination to maintain critical path alignment
- Milestone tracking and readiness reporting tied to program gates
- Escalation ownership and driving resolution with stakeholders
- Defining requirements with stakeholders and managing project interfaces
- Providing program progress reporting and end-to-end execution ownership
- Managing multiple concurrent projects/programs and implementing data-driven process improvements
- Maintaining customer experience as a primary focus
- Meeting Amazon leadership principles requirements for the role
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical program management experience in hyperscale infrastructure, network deployment, or data center construction environments
- Hands-on familiarity with large-scale structured cabling systems
- Working knowledge of data center network architecture at scale (CLOS, spine-leaf, ToR)
- Experience coordinating across construction, facilities, and network engineering in live build environments
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across organizational boundaries
- Ability to translate technical issues into program risk statements for leadership
- Bias for action and track record of moving programs forward in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
