About the role

AWS seeks a Task Order Program Manager to lead operational processes, manage a portfolio of Task Orders for US Government contracts, and partner with account teams, engineering, and government representatives to deliver on contractual milestones.

Responsibilities

  • - Serve as the Task Order Manager for multiple Task Orders under a large IC contract.
  • - Work with the PMO and communicate contract policies, purposes, and goals to internal AWS teams.
  • - Enforce work standards, assign schedules, and review work discrepancies related to this contract.
  • - Serve as a primary Point of Contact (POC) for the government with regards to assigned Task Orders.
  • - Meet regularly with AWS internal teams to develop effective methods for assuring timely delivery of Task Order commitments.
  • - Develop and execute effective methods of communication among AWS and government stakeholders.
  • - Meet regularly with account teams to help advance new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • - 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  • - Bachelor's degree
  • - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • - Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
