About the role

Entry-level front-line manager role leading a diverse team in Amazon Logistics to maintain safety, productivity, and customer-focused operations on-site with rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
  • Analyze and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity across all shifts
  • Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture
  • Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and improve customer service
  • Promote best practice and continuous process improvements across the team in health, safety, and productivity
  • Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes
  • You’ll work shifts based at one of our operational sites; maintain safety standards and monitor process efficiency; prioritize routine team management and daily operational tasks; handle escalations and contingency planning
  • Work with colleagues in other teams and external partners to meet customer demands and targets

Qualifications

  • - High school diploma
  • - Work a rotating, flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays. Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
  • - 1+ years of leadership experience in a retail, distribution or similar environment experience
