About the role

Forward Deployed Engineers lead Titan deployments end to end with MSP and enterprise partners, owning discovery, scoping, build, and production rollout. They architect integrations, write production code, deploy agents at scale, and drive business outcomes with customer and partner leadership. Based in San Francisco or New York City, in-office.

Responsibilities

  • Own technical delivery across partner and customer deployments, from first integration to stable production
  • Define the problems needing solving in each deployment and scope what to build to solve them
  • Build performant and reliable agents, integrations, and systems each deployment needs
  • Embed with portfolio teams and customers, understand how they work, and drive adoption of the tools you build
  • Architect and build the high-quality software systems that power Titan's core platform
  • Turn what works in one deployment into tools, playbooks, and building blocks the next one can reuse

Qualifications

  • Bring 3+ years of experience in engineering or technical deployment, including customer-facing work
  • Have owned and shipped complex systems in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Take extreme ownership of problems and delivery
  • Write and review production-grade code in TypeScript, Python, or a comparable stack
  • Have built or shipped LLM-powered systems and know how model behavior shapes the product experience
  • Communicate clearly with engineers, customers, and partner stakeholders
