About the role

AHEAD seeks an analytical, data-savvy Services Operations Analyst to monitor and improve services operations, work with cross-functional partners, and drive organizational intelligence through data. This role focuses on dashboards, reports, and process improvements to support the Services Operations group.

Responsibilities

  • Working with cross-functional partners and internal tools, including Salesforce (SF), Financial Force Accounting (FFA), and Salesforce PSA, to provide monitoring and alerting for the TSS organization via dashboards, ad-hoc data pulls, and regular business reviews
  • Applying knowledge in business analysis, technical knowledge, and data presentation to identify trends and opportunities for scale
  • Compiling and/or running reports and distributing to required stakeholders from leadership to individual contributors on daily, weekly, or monthly cadences
  • Creation of new reports and/or dashboards within Salesforce native tools or Salesforce Analytics (Tableau) to increase visibility of key metrics
  • Continuing focus on improving processes and system configurations to streamline and improve accuracy of operations

Qualifications

  • Experience with the Salesforce Platform Suite
  • Previous experience working in a Services Organization
  • Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator
