About the role

Recruiting Coordinator to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to create a thoughtful, well-run, and human candidate experience. Based in Dublin, working in-office on anchor days (Mon, Tue, Thu).

Responsibilities

  • Create a positive candidate experience from scheduling interviews to answering questions and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to refine recruiting processes
  • Coordinate a high volume of interviews across primarily GTM roles
  • Anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and align candidates and interviewers to maintain a smooth process
  • Gain exposure to planning, execution, and scaling of hiring at Notion; potential for light sourcing, process improvements, and additional ownership over time

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; proactive, reliable, detail-oriented
  • Calm, steady approach in fast-moving environments
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism
  • Clear, kind, professional communication skills; represents Notion to diverse candidates
  • Curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter
