About the role

Chief of Staff to the Head of Product coordinating cross-functional efforts across product areas (Marketplace, Studio, RL Environments, Eval Platform) to create a coherent, high-performing product organization and shape customer-facing product narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Run the operating rhythm: establish planning and review cadences across the product org, prep leadership meetings end-to-end — agendas, pre-reads, framing data, and follow-through on decisions.

  • Standardize roadmaps: maintain a consistent format and quality bar across all product-area roadmaps so leadership can compare, sequence, and resource them apples-to-apples.
  • Own customer communication: own the monthly product-offering update to customers, coordinate inputs from each area, edit to one voice, and ship it on schedule.
  • Build connective tissue: stand up and coordinate interfaces between Product and adjacent functions like product marketing and developer relations, so launches and roadmaps plug in cleanly.
  • Strengthen the team: support product recruiting, own PM onboarding, and coordinate the performance-review process — keeping timelines, calibration, and the bar consistent.
  • Get in the weeds: take on high-leverage cross-cutting initiatives that lack a natural owner, and run them to done.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in a chief-of-staff, product-ops, strategy & ops, or PM role; exposure to fast-scaling teams preferred.
  • Product Intuition: strong instinct for good product design and decision-making.
  • High Ownership: accountable for outcomes, not just outputs.
  • Operational Excellence: lightweight processes that create clarity without bureaucracy.
  • Structured Communication: crisp, exec-ready docs and clear plans.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: able to drive impact across teams without formal authority.
  • Judgment & Discretion: handle sensitive information with sound judgment and low ego.
  • Balance of Rigor & Vision: comfortable with numbers and strategic narrative.
