About the role

Manager responsible for owning Pattern's direct-to-consumer shipping program end-to-end, including carrier negotiations, label purchasing, delivery speed strategy, and P&L accountability. Hybrid full-time role based in Lehi, Utah.

  • Carrier management and negotiation

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience in parcel logistics, carrier management, transportation, e-commerce fulfillment, or supply chain
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and regional or last-mile carriers, including zones, surcharges, dimensional weight, accessorials, and how contracts are structured
  • Experience negotiating or directly supporting carrier agreements, with the ability to build a data-backed case
  • Comfort with how shipping systems work (label APIs, rate shopping, carrier integrations, and order flow) and the ability to talk to engineers and product managers in their language and help prioritize what to build
  • Strong SQL and Excel or Google Sheets skills; you build your own analyses and are comfortable owning a P&L
  • Ownership mindset: you take a problem from first symptom to permanent fix and communicate clearly with operations, support, finance, and executives
