About the role

Part‑time or full‑time licensed clinical psychologist role (PhD or PsyD) focused on telehealth services for older adults. Fully remote with flexible schedule, full support from Sailor Health, and a caseload managed by the company.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
  • Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
  • Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
  • Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
  • Active, independent license to practice psychology
  • PSYPACT authorization preferred — application support and fee reimbursement provided
  • Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
