About the role

Remote, telehealth clinical psychologist position focused on older adults. Part-time or full-time, completely remote, with workload managed by Sailor Health. PSYPACT authorization supported. Flexible schedule across 7 days, with administrative and clinical support, and a patient-billing model (1099 or W2).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
  • Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
  • Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
  • Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
  • Active, independent license to practice psychology
  • PSYPACT authorization preferred — application support and fee reimbursement provided
  • Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
