About the role

Leading the engine behind Sailor Health's provider partnerships channel by pairing with the Director of Provider Partnerships to empower Provider Partnership Managers through AI-driven tools, playbooks, and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the work by spending time with PPMs, mapping partnerships from first conversation to ongoing referrals, identifying bottlenecks and where tooling can improve outcomes.
  • Build the product by coding a web app for PPMs, designing data workflows, and collaborating with engineers when needed to ship features.
  • Build the playbook and scale the team by capturing best practices into repeatable systems, onboarding, training, and ramp plans for new hires.
  • Build for hyper scale by designing infrastructure for 10x growth, including territory design, capacity planning, reporting, and collateral for PPMs.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 9 years of experience across product, strategy, analytics, or operations (startup product/ops, consulting, or data-heavy growth roles).
  • Strong data background with fluency in SQL and experience building dashboards and models.
  • Real product mindset with ability to talk to users, identify root problems, and ship usable solutions.
  • Hands-on with AI tools and willing to ship quickly; not required to be a software engineer.
  • High EQ with ability to coach PPMs and interact with physician groups.
  • Scrappy and structured approach: quick tests and scalable processes/playbooks.
  • Deep empathy for patients aged 65+ and the people who bring Sailor to them.
