About the role
Client Advocate responsible for owning all customer relationships throughout the contract, serving as the primary interface between customers and Peregrine’s team, and driving adoption, expansion, and measurable outcomes for large, strategic deployments in public-sector and mission-critical environments.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end complex customer relationships for largest deployments, ensuring defensible impact at the executive level.
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience owning enterprise deployments, implementations, or strategic accounts.
- Experience in large, regulated, public-sector, or mission-critical environments.
- Proven ability to drive adoption and measurable outcomes beyond initial go-live.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort in managing scope, risk, and complex cross-functional coordination.
- Technical fluency to partner credibly with IT, Product, and Deployment teams.
- Experience supporting renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Experience in public safety, government, or compliance-heavy environments is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel ~60% of the time.
- Active TS Clearance.
