About the role

Senior role owning end-to-end advisor payout operations, income processing, and related financial workflows for Savvy Wealth. Partner with advisory operations, trading, billing, post-sales, and advisors to ensure accurate, timely payouts and scalable processes. First dedicated owner of this payout discipline within Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Run the monthly advisor payout cycle: end-to-end monthly payout for individual advisors and advisor teams, including edge cases and cross-entity coordination; build payouts from contract terms from gross to net; net out fees for additional services; reconcile payouts before funds move; investigate discrepancies and stand behind the numbers.
  • Own the broader advisor money stack: administer advisor loan program (balances, repayment schedules, offsets against payouts); build and run equity distributions to advisors; manage corporate card budgets and expense oversight for advisors; triage payroll escalations and drive resolutions; own advisor platform-fee invoicing and collections; track deposits from third-party insurance and annuity partners and map to advisors.
  • Build the function: document inherited/created processes; convert judgments into repeatable procedures; identify/close control gaps; partner with Data and Engineering to move off spreadsheets and into systems

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in operations, payroll, commissions, revenue operations, or business operations with ownership of a recurring monthly money-related process
