About the role

Head of Product, AI at Asha Health to lead a small engineering team, be an IC and builder, and shape the AI product roadmap in a hands-on role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the AI product strategy and roadmap with direct interaction with customers and stakeholders
  • Manage and collaborate with the engineering team (and agents) to decide what to build and how to build it
  • Hands-on product and AI product development as an IC while guiding the team
  • Engage in customer conversations to inform product decisions, ensuring high UX and product quality
  • Work closely with CEO, CTO, and CMO and potentially grow the product/engineering function
  • Contribute to building a moonshot AI healthcare product by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Strong engineering experience AND PM experience
  • Hands-on engineering IC experience
  • Experience leading a high-impact product roadmap
  • Willingness to work in person in Manhattan, NY, 5 days per week (6 days total)
