About the role

Senior AI engineering role at Asha Health leading a small AI engineering team while also coding daily to build AI-powered outpatient care solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and/or contribute hands-on to AI product development for healthcare applications.
  • Talk to customers to determine what to build, why, and how to build it; lead an engineering team (including agents) and serve as an IC.
  • Build across product & UX, shaping roadmap and delivering high-impact AI features.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Strong engineering experience and product management experience
  • Hands-on engineering IC experience
  • Experience leading product roadmaps for high-impact products
  • Willingness to work in person in Manhattan, NY 5 days per week (6 days total)
