Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents and LLM-powered tools; build performant and reliable AI applications (fine tuning, RLHF, distillation, etc); design and develop full-stack web applications; create best-in-class user experiences; take initiative and work without a PM to define every step.
Qualifications
- Graduated from a top engineering university (ex: IIT)
- 3+ years of industry experience after graduation
- Strong experience developing AI agents and LLM-powered tools
- Strong understanding of AI application performance and reliability (fine tuning, RLHF, distillation)
- Exceptional at building full-stack web applications
- Strong UX design and development skills
- Able to take initiative and figure things out without being told what to do
- Understanding of US healthcare is a bonus
