About the role

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to scale Tavus across engineering, product, operations, and business functions. Owns full-cycle hiring, builds recruiting systems, partners with hiring managers, and shapes hiring plans in an early-stage, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own full cycle recruiting: sourcing, building talent networks, candidate management, closing, and hiring-manager partnership
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand and anticipate evolving talent needs
  • Shape hiring plans and build teams as Tavus grows
  • Build recruiting systems and processes from scratch or significantly improve existing ones, leveraging AI
  • Balance hands-on recruiting with strategic partnership and planning
  • Work across engineering, product, operations, and business functions
  • Collaborate with broader recruiting team to hire across the organization

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience, ideally in-house experience as first recruiter at an early-stage startup
  • Builder mindset with track record of creating or significantly improving recruiting systems/processes, and leveraging AI
  • Exceptional communication and candidate experience instincts
  • Highly organized, self-directed, comfortable working in ambiguity
  • Passion for AI and shaping a team at the edge of what’s possible
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in high-performance, high-expectation environments
  • Polish: strong communication, attention to detail, and professional judgment
  • Ability to quickly understand complex problems and structure solutions
