About the role

Global Recruiter for Ajax Systems, responsible for full-cycle recruitment on a global scale, collaborating with Talent Sourcers, managing stakeholders, maintaining ATS, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment on a global scale: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating next steps, and extending offers
  • Collaboration with Talent Sourcers
  • Managing and advising key stakeholders (in collaboration with the Lead)
  • Participating in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions; finding unconventional recruitment approaches
  • Supporting colleagues
  • Maintaining the ATS
  • Preparing reports

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience filling hard-to-fill engineering and corporate roles
  • Proven global recruitment experience hiring across multiple regions and time zones
  • Flexible, results-oriented approach
  • Business acumen (preferred)
  • Strong English skills (speaking and writing at B2 - C1+ level)
