Fixed-term festive Sales Assistant (Experience Expert) position at Mulberry for the 2026 holiday trading period, focused on delivering exceptional customer service and embodying Mulberry values.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming and fun environment for customers and team.
  • Deliver an engaging, dynamic and memorable customer experience in-store.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships using in-store CRM tools.
  • Be culturally connected and use Mulberry’s brand story to excite customers.
  • Contribute to the team's performance through ideas, competitive spirit and execution of operational excellence.
